Donald Brown was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, where much of this novel takes place. A Vietnam and Gulf War veteran, he served in the United States Navy for over twenty years, retiring as a Commander. Following his military career, he taught Sociology and Business at the college level before pursuing his passion for storytelling.
Drawing from a lifetime of experience, Brown combines history, crime, and compelling characters to create immersive narratives that keep readers engaged from beginning to end. He currently lives in Bloomington, Indiana, with his wife Susan and their three dogs.
